During carbon fiber parts curing in the oven, it needs to pull the air come out with very low pressure. so the oven should be added vacuum valve and vacuum gauge and vacuum port with vacuum pump etc device.

100K class high-density aluminum silicate fiber filling (insulation layer thickness 130mm)

to ensure the temperature accurate.

2.Controller

LED digital intelligent instrument temperature control, arbitrary set constant temperature, simple operation, accurate temperature control.

3.Internal structure

SUS 304 stainless steel is used inside to prevent rust and make it durable.

4.Fan

Forced air circulation system to ensure that the temperature distribution inside the oven.

5.Outlet

Specially designed outlet, exhaust outlet can be equipped with ventilation device.

6.Trolley

Commonly, one set oven is equipped with one stainless steel trolley or  flat car, It can be put in or out the oven conveniently.
